Steps: 1. Log in at your personal site; 2. Minimize your desired webpage/sub-page; 3. Open MS Word 2007; 4. Type the title of the activity: Create And Format Tables in MS Word; 5. Click Insert icon from the Menu Bar of the document; 6. Click Table icon, click Insert Table, change the number of columns into 4 and type 8 in row option box; 7. Click OK; 8. Start typing your desired labels in 4 columns; and encode data in each row; 9. After typing your desired labels, click Home icon, and click Center Text or just press Ctrl + E; 10. Click Insert icon from the Menu Bar and click Insert Table for your to select your desired Table Style; 11. Click Insert icon from the Menu Bar and click Table, click Quick Tables, and to click Tabular List or any; 12. Click Insert icon from the Menu Bar and click Table, click Quick Tables, and to click Excel Spreadsheet; 13. Select the table and re-size the table through dragging the Double Arrow upon pointing the vertical line; 14. Start working with numbers by double clicking the table in Excel... 15. Save your finished output in the safe drive, email it to your partner or friend and upload it in your website.
