Step 1 Open MS Word, select your desired Font Style and Font Size, then, type your desired agency or company. Include its address, website, and e-mail ad.
Step 2 Type the Title of the folder and its annual year of operation.
Step 3 Type submitted by, then your name must be typed in Bold after three lines on its spacing, concurrently, using Tab key; include your position, your personal website and email ad.
Step 4 Insert the logo of your agency or company.
Step 5 Save you output at drive D or any safe directory. Never save your output in drive C or Documents.
Step 6 Open your E-mail account. Then, email your output at firstname.lastname@example.org. The title is Y4 3 to 4 PM Last Name First Name Activity 4 Folder Cover. Attach you finished output. Be sure your output is made in MS Word Application.
